Lawrence Catchpole – President, CEO

Mr. Catchpole brings to ZeNeurobics over thirty years of technology industry experience as a leader and entrepreneur. He has held senior positions at M1 Global, WebTone Technologies, S1 Technologies and Dun & Bradstreet Software (formerly MSA). As Chief Strategy Officer and Founder of M1 Global, Catchpole was responsible for setting strategic business direction and technology vision while raising $15M and using innovative development techniques that returned $6 of software for every dollar invested. As Founder and CTO with WebTone, Catchpole grew WebTone into a recognized leader in multi-channel financial services sales and service market with 230 employees and $38 million in sales. WebTone was acquired by Fidelity National (NASDAQ: FNF) in September 2003. Most recently he has been CEO of Zenda Technologies maker of the DETECT cognitive assessment system. He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Applied Biology and a minor in electrical engineering. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE.

Dr. Angela F. Caveney - Chief Science Officer, SAB Chair

Dr. Caveney is an Assistant Professor in the Psychiatry Department at the University of Michigan. She is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with further specialization in Neuropsychology. Dr. Caveney is a regular consultant to several companies and organizations wishing to measure cognition in clinical trials. She has over 12 years of experience working on both NIH and Industry funded clinical trials examining cognition in multiple clinical areas, primarily including, dementia, stroke, head injury, schizophrenia and depression. She has also worked extensively on trials examining cognition with the use of new compounds as well as with invasive procedures such as aneurysm clipping and implantation of LVAD devices. Dr. Caveney was the Primary Investigator on an NIH-NINDS, K-23 grant examining the cognitive and emotional effects of clipping versus coiling on unruptured brain aneurysms. She is also an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and a Weight Loss Coach.

Dr. David Wright

Dr. Wright is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Emory University, and the Director of the division of Emergency Neurosciences. The Emergency Neurosciences program is dedicated to finding novel therapies for the treatment of rapidly evolving neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injury, stroke, status epilepticus, spinal cord injury and others. Dr. Wright is a translational researcher with a bench-top to bedside approach to problem solving, working in both the basic sciences and clinical research arena. In addition to his clinical practice and therapeutic research, he and colleagues have developed a novel technology for detecting cognitive impairment resulting from mild TBI and early Alzheimer’s disease. Dr. Wright is also program faculty for the Graduate School’s Department of Behavioral and Biological Sciences at Emory University, core faculty for the Center for Injury Control and Prevention at Emory University, and program faculty for the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University. As an emergency department physician, Dr. Wright sees first-hand the problems that can result from poor lifestyle habits - in the brain, the heart, and the rest of the body.
